1- MESCLUM : From the provincial word for mixture, incicates a salad consisting of a mixture of young, tender greens. Pre-washed musclum may include butterhead, chicory, red romaine and frisée.

2- SPINACH : This vegetable has a slightly bitter flavour, long with calcium, iron and magnesium
